Our Story

Vaella Consulting was founded by Jean Vaillancourt, who recognized a shift in how families commemorate loved ones. As smartphones made photos more accessible, families began bringing hundreds of cherished images to funeral homes, seeking ways to include these moments in keepsakes. Jean saw an opportunity to help funeral directors meet this demand, empowering them with the tools to produce meaningful, customized products in-house.

In June 2023, we proudly acquired Gravure-Craft, a respected name in funeral stationery since 1917, further strengthening our ability to serve families across Canada. This acquisition has expanded our offerings, blending Vaella’s innovative approach with Gravure-Craft’s longstanding reputation for quality.
